Isn't amazing that I'm writing about a tech topic?
Well, the question is where did it start and how?

I know when we talk about social media, the first thing that comes into our mind is, the negative side, right? Definitely.
This is different
At one time, I was scrolling through Twitter and I come across a tweet about software engineering, I said to myself, lemme see the article. I read the article and was amazed and excited about it. In the article, there was a website (alx Africa) and I tap in.
I decided to see that there was a course on offer and that's software engineering. It was 12 months, 70 hours a week. Remember I was working so definitely I couldn't make it because the 70 hours a week was too much for me but then isn't the course free? Yes, then why can't I try?
I applied. It was sponsored and after a week I got an email that I was accepted to enrol for the course. This was a huge opportunity for me.
I applied and I was accepted and it was free so what's next? It is my schedule.
I decided to look for a laptop because at that time I didn't have the laptop. I also decided to set aside money for data.
Next, I managed to have a timetable to balance the software engineering course and my job. Everything was set.
